Return Policy

We want you to love your Kilix piece. If it's not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it, free.

Eligibility. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Bundles must be returned as a complete set.

How to start a return. Email [hello@kilix.la] with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–7] business days.

Exchanges. Need a different size or style? Mention it in your return email, and we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way.

Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right immediately.
